ABOUT

The 40V max XGT® Brushless 10-1/4" Circular Saw with Guide Rail Compatible Base combines efficient cutting with the convenience of guide rail compatibility. The Makita-built brushless motor delivers 3,500 RPM for fast cutting performance, with constant speed control that automatically applies additional power under load for optimum performance. It offers 3-13/16” of cutting capacity at 90° with bevel cut capacity up to 1° left and 60° right with positive stops at 22.5° and 45°. It features a die-cast magnesium base, blade guard, and blade cover for lower weight at only 13.4 lbs. with battery (battery sold separately).

The convenient guide rail compatible saw base interacts with optional guide rails to provide perfect, dead-on straight or bevel cutting without the need for an adapter. Combined with a guide rail (sold separately), the GSH04 is a more portable option over a table saw for a range of cutting applications.

The saw also features Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS®). AWS® uses Bluetooth® technology for wireless power-on/power-off communication between the tool and an AWS® equipped dust extractor. The saw has an electronic brake for maximum productivity and soft start to suppress start-up reaction for smoother start-ups and longer gear life.

Convenience features include an L.E.D. light with pre-glow and afterglow to illuminate the work area, an onboard hex wrench for blade changes, and a secondary handle for two-handed operation.

XGT® is a system of equipment, tools, batteries, and chargers utilizing 40v max lithium-ion batteries. XGT® is engineered to deliver high power to take on high-demand applications, allowing users to completely transition to a cordless job site. XGT is equipped with advanced brushless motor engineering, intelligent digital communication, and superior durability features to outpower, outsmart and outlast the rest.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping refers to ground delivery of small parcel orders. Packages under 100lbs which meet certain size requirements qualify as small parcel. Transit time within the continental US is 1 to 5 business days. Order preparation (picking and packing of inventory) is not included in the transit time.

Delays due to Acts of God, weather or other unusual circumstances are not refundable.

It is important to choose Business or Residential delivery correctly. The customer will be held responsible for additional charges if chosen incorrectly.

In order to protect our customers, we reserve to right to ship any order signature required if the conditions of the order warrant it

LARGE / BULKY ITEMS – FREIGHT SHIPPING

We offer many industrial and commercial grade tools and equipment. Some of these items are large, heavy and/or bulky (items such as Threaders, Benders, Panel Saws, Generators, etc). These items may not be able to ship via small parcel Ground shipping and will require a Freight delivery. Free shipping promotions only apply to items that can be shipped small parcel Ground. We cannot ship freight/LTL orders to Alaska or Hawaii.

When shipping to a business please choose whether you need liftgate service or not. Without liftgate service, you will be responsible for removing/off loading your order from the truck. If your site has a forklift or loading dock, you may wish to choose the no liftgate option. If liftgate is required at time of delivery but not selected during ordering, you will be responsible for any additional charges. If your delivery location is actually a residential address, you will be responsible for additional charges that will be charged by the freight carrier.

CLAIMS/ DAMAGED GOODS

Should your items arrive damaged, refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged.

Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with www.Easybuynew.com within 3 business days of delivery.

If your item has not yet arrived after the expected delivery date has passed, please file a missing package trace with the carrier. After a claim is opened, please allow up to 72 hours for the shipping courier to file a trace on the package. Once we have confirmed that the package has been lost in transit, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

FREIGHT FORWARDING

Orders shipped via Freight Forwarder outside the United States are ineligible for return. The warranty becomes void once an order is shipped outside the United States

PAYPAL

With the exception of manufacturer-shipped products, all items included in your PayPal order must ship together at the same time. Please keep this in mind when ordering Special Order products, as they may require an extended fulfillment time (Special Order items are clearly marked with estimated times on the product page).

SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

We offer free ground shipping on all small parcel orders over $199. This offer is limited to items below 50lbs, and which meet certain size and packaging constraints. Items that cannot be shipped via small parcel Ground do not qualify for this free shipping promotion. Freight & Truck Line and/or expedited shipments are not Ground shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

OTHER SHIPPING POLICIES

We are unable to change the shipping address after the order has shipped, this policy is an effort to prevent fraudulent orders being rerouted after checkout. If you wish to change the delivery address for your purchase, contact us as soon as possible. We will have the carrier return the shipment back to our warehouse, and refund will be processed for your purchase. The customer will need to place a new order with the corrected delivery address.

We are unable to provide refunds for missing orders which the carrier indicates were successfully delivered. This includes packages missing due to theft at the delivery site.

For orders where the customer receives a free item with their purchase as part of a promotion, all items on the order related to that promotion must be in stock before the order will be shipped. This may result in a shipping delay until all items involved in said promotion are in stock at our warehouses.

In order to prevent fraudulent purchases, some orders are flagged for review prior to shipping. The criteria which may result in an order hold includes but is not limited to; the order total, billing and shipping not matching, and number of payment attempts. In such cases the customer may be contacted to provide additional information before the order is released.
